If we encounter stock shortages with this online store, we will do our best to supply you with what you had ordered, but in rare cases, slight substitutions may be needed (such as a different brand of apparel). Thank you for your understanding!

Online Store Policies 

• We are unable to accept orders after the online store has closed as this delays the production process for everyone.
• Your order is submitted once you receive a confirmation email so please review your order confirmation email as soon as you receive it. Please be sure to check your email spam/junk folders as sometimes the emails we send go to customer’s spam/junk folders. Please email peterb.hoff@gmail.com if you do not receive this confirmation email so we can ensure your order is placed.
• If you have not received an email from us within 2 weeks of the ONLINE STORE CLOSING DATE letting you know your order is ready, please check your email spam/junk folders as sometimes our emails will go to customer’s spam/junk folders. If you still do not see an email from A&P; please email us at: peterb.hoff@gmail.com so we can check on the status of your order.
• Please Note: If your order is required by an event date; we can not guarantee it will arrive by this date if you select Shipping.
•  We are unable to process returns or exchanges for errors that are not made by A&P.
• If your order contains any items that are incorrect/damaged we will make it right so please be sure to review your order as soon as you receive it & let us know if there are any issues.
